What We Collect

We collect anonymous usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site. This includes page views, click interactions, scroll depth, and time on page. No personally identifiable information is collected by default.

Analytics Providers

We use three analytics providers, each with different privacy characteristics:

OpenPanel

Privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies. Collects anonymous page view and interaction data to help us understand traffic patterns. Loads automatically on every visit -- no consent required because no personal data is stored on your device.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Sets cookies for visitor identification and session tracking. Only activated after you accept cookies via the consent banner. Collects page views, event interactions, and anonymous demographic data. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.

GoHighLevel

CRM tracking for form attribution and lead source identification. Only activated after you accept cookies via the consent banner. Tracks page views to attribute enquiries to the correct marketing channel.

Your Choices

When you first visit the site, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the page with two options:

  • Accept -- enables Google Analytics and GoHighLevel tracking cookies alongside the always-active OpenPanel analytics.
  • Decline -- only OpenPanel (cookieless) analytics remain active. No tracking cookies are set.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on subsequent visits. To change your preference at any time, click Cookie Settings in the footer.

Data Retention

  • OpenPanel -- data retained per the OpenPanel platform defaults.
  • Google Analytics -- 14 months (GA4 default), configurable in our GA4 property settings.
  • GoHighLevel -- retained within our CRM for lead attribution purposes.

We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties beyond the stated providers.
