Terms of Service

Who We Are

Ampware.io is a trading name of MK Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). These terms apply to all of our software, apps and tools, including apps installed through third-party marketplaces (together, the "Service"). Some apps may show extra terms when you install them; where they do, those terms apply alongside these. By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

The Service

Our apps and tools extend platforms you already use, such as CRM and automation software. What each one does is described on its product page or marketplace listing. You decide how the Service and its results are used in your business.

Where the Service runs inside a third-party platform, your use of that platform is governed by your agreement with its provider. We do not control its availability, features or billing.

Billing

Prices are shown on the product page, marketplace listing or checkout at the time you buy or install. Depending on the product, you may pay a one-off fee, a subscription, or per use. Where you pay through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace collects payment and its billing terms, usage limits and refund rules apply. We may change pricing with notice through the marketplace listing. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.

AI Processing

Some tools use AI. To do that, the content they work on (for example, message text) may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong. If an AI provider is unavailable, a tool may fall back to a default result so your automations keep running. You are responsible for reviewing how results are used, especially where a wrong result could affect a customer.

Your Responsibilities

• You have the right to process any data you send through the Service, and you give any notices your customers are owed.
• You will not use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, or to send spam.
• You will not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
• You keep the accounts you connect to the Service secure.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI decision will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Suspension and Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time, for example by uninstalling an app or cancelling a subscription. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, or if we withdraw the Service, giving notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
