Yes. The app lives inside GHL and pulls spend data from QBO. Both are required for the full dashboard — though you can configure settings as soon as GHL is connected. Xero support is coming.

Most teams are running in under 15 minutes. The slowest part is usually mapping your lead sources to QBO expense categories, and even that has sensible defaults to get you started.

Yes. OAuth tokens for both GHL and QuickBooks are encrypted at rest, and the app runs through GHL's own authentication — your credentials stay inside GHL.

Yes. Turn on team tracking in settings and every report — CPL, CPA, ROAS — breaks down by team member.

You set it up. Create your marketing channels, give each one a list of keywords, and the app auto-classifies expenses by vendor or category name. Anything it can't match gets flagged so nothing falls through.
